How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on all orders over EUR 1'000. Shipping costs of EUR 20 for orders under EUR 1'000. Returns are free of charge. Kindly note that shipping charges are not refundable in case of a return.

Is a signature required?
At checkout, you can choose whether a signature is required upon delivery. If selected, the parcel will be released once it has been signed by the client.

Can I change my address after shipping?
Unfortunately, we cannot change your address after your package has shipped. If you need your package re-directed, please contact UPS with your tracking number for support.

Can you deliver to a PO box or mailbox?
For security and logistical reasons, Akris does not process orders with delivery to an international pickup center or a PO box. All Akris packages are delivered by local couriers to the address specified on the order. If you have any questions about our delivery terms, please contact our customer service.

Can I have an order delivered as a gift?
We offer free gift wrapping and will include the order form upon request. Please leave us a message in the comments field during checkout.

When will I receive my order?
Approximately 3-5 business days from receipt of order (custom orders are delivered within 3-4 weeks). Please note that international orders outside of Europe may take longer depending on the destination country. If your order contains multiple items, all parts must be picked up at a single location before shipping. Therefore, your entire order will be shipped in one package. If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact our customer service. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number confirming that your order has been shipped.

Can you deliver to my hotel?
We can also deliver to your hotel. When placing your order, please include the name and address of your hotel, as well as the dates of your stay, in the comments section so our customer service can deliver your package within the specified timeframe. If delivery is not possible within this timeframe, we will notify you in advance.

What can I do if my shipment was not delivered or was lost?
Please contact our customer service if you need assistance. Please provide your name, order number, and a timeframe for the missing or delayed package.
Returns & Exchanges

What are your return and exchange policies?
Full-price items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in new condition: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and with tags attached. Akris reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
The sale of customized items is non-returnable.
In case of return or exchange, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

How can I return an item?
To make a return, please follow these steps:
1. Fill out the return form at this link .
2. Once your return is approved, you will receive the return label via email.
3. Prepare your package: Place your item in the original packaging and include the original receipt.
4. Apply the prepaid label you received via email to your package: Cover old address labels with the new prepaid label and securely seal your package with tape.
5. Drop off your package at UPS: Drop off your package at any UPS store or pickup location.
To return an item purchased in person at one of our boutiques, please contact thestore where you purchased the item.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and accept your return, we'll process a refund to your original payment method. You'll also receive an email confirming your return. Please note that it may take 3-5 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Where can I find my order number?
Your order consists of a 7-digit code ending with "EU" (e.g. 12345EU) and can be found in your order confirmation email.

Yes, items purchased at full price on Akris.com can be returned free of charge to any of our Akris boutiques. Click here to find your nearest boutique.
