Order

  • What is the availability status of the items on the site?

    All items displayed in the Akris.com e-boutique are available for purchase. However, since we share our assortment with select Akris boutiques, it may happen in rare cases that an item is sold simultaneously in-store and online. In such cases, our customer service team will contact you promptly.

    If your size is currently unavailable, please click "Notify me" to receive an email as soon as it's back in stock. You can also contact us directly via the contact page—we'll be happy to help.

  • How can I get help with my online order?

    Simply contact our customer service by phone or email. You can find all contact details in the "Contact" section.

  • I just placed my order but haven't received an order confirmation yet. What should I do?

    The confirmation email may take a few minutes to arrive. Please also check your spam or junk folder, as the email may have been filtered there depending on your email settings.

    If you still have not received anything after a short time, please feel free to contact our customer service team via the “Contact” section

  • How can I cancel or change my order?

    Please contact our customer service as soon as possible by phone or email. You can find all the details in the "Contact" section.

    We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled immediately. If processing has already begun, you can still return the item after delivery for a refund.

  • Can I use a gift card or store credit when shopping online?

    Gift cards purchased on akris.com can only be redeemed online. Akris boutique balances and in-store gift cards cannot currently be used for online purchases. Detailed terms and conditions can be found in the information included with your card.

Order as a gift

  • Will my order be gift wrapped?

    Yes. You can select free gift wrapping during checkout. All purchases will be elegantly packaged in a signature Akris box—perfect for gifting.

  • Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

    Yes. During the checkout process, you have the option to include a gift card with your order.

    You can either write a personal message or request a blank card on which you can write your own handwritten message.

  • Is the price of the items included in my gift order?

    No. If you select "Gift Wrapping" during checkout, your order will be treated as a gift. The item prices will not appear on the delivery note included with your shipment.

    In addition, Akris has implemented strict security measures to protect your personal data and payment information from unauthorized access or misuse.

  • Can I place an order using a bank card that doesn't belong to me?

    Yes. You can use someone else's card to place an order. Just make sure you enter the correct billing address for that card during checkout.

  • When will my credit card be charged?

    Your card – or the chosen payment method – will be charged once your order has been accepted and confirmed.

  • Why can't I find a specific item on the website?

    Each Akris boutique and retail partner curates its own selection. The assortment on akris.com reflects the styles currently available in our online inventory. Since our collections are regularly updated, we encourage you to check back regularly or contact our customer service for assistance in finding a specific item.

  • How do I find an article on the website?

    Use the search function in the top left corner of the screen to search for specific items, categories, or keywords. If you need assistance, our customer service team is happy to help—just visit the "Contact Us" section.

  • Does Akris offer customization services?

    For special requests or customization options, please contact our customer service team via the "Contact Us" page. You are also welcome to visit one of our Akris boutiques, where our team will be happy to advise you personally.

  • Can you give me more information about CITES?

    Some of our pieces, crafted from precious exotic materials (such as crocodile, python, or lizard), are subject to international regulations. These items may not be exported from the country of purchase without a CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) certificate.

    This certificate can be issued by your Akris boutique upon request. Processing may take several weeks. Please note: The certificate is temporary and may need to be renewed with your local authorities if you plan to travel with the item again. We recommend checking with the relevant authorities to see if any exceptions apply.
