To strengthen our retail department we are looking for a
Assistant Retail Operations
In this function, you will support the Head of Retail Operations Europe in the continuous development and training of our retail user systems. You will be responsible for first-level support for our boutique and retail back office employees and will be the contact person for application, system procedures and processes. In order to continuously improve the user-friendliness and structure, you will constantly initiate adjustments and improvements in cooperation with our IT and Retail department and analyse the efficiency of our systems.
For this varied job, you will have experience with business intelligence systems or retail back-office applications. You have an affinity for IT and a good understanding of processes. The implementation of retail processes is nothing new for you and you already have experience in project management. Furthermore, we are looking for a proactive personality with stylistically confident German and English skills.
